Note: Rescues differ in how they manage their emergency contacts. Following the guide above on the best ways to contact them about a wildlife casualty will help you get in touch quickly. If you use a different route of contact, you may not get a quick response. Keep in mind, rescues get very busy and you may need to wait for them to contact you back when they’re free.

Note: We aim to have each listing checked and updated every 6 months. Listings which have not been updated recently or which are overdue for renewal may be less accurate. You can help by leaving feedback.

Is This Your Rescue?

We encourage rescue owners to claim their listing in our directory. This not only helps to ensure details are accurate, it takes pressure off our volunteers, allows a logo and donation link to be added to the listing, and makes the rescue eligible for donations via our '£1 for Wildlife' campaign. If this is your rescue, you can take control of the listing by:

Register a user account on the website

Log in to that account

Click the ‘Claim Listing’ button to request ownership.

Once your claim has been approved, an ‘Edit’ button will appear which you can use to make changes any time. A ‘Renew’ button will show when renewal is due – use this to move expiry on 6 months.

You may see a few small ads while you use our site. We’ve added these in order to raise funds for the rescues listed in our directory. They shouldn’t interfere with your use of the site but if you have any concerns please get in touch.
