A Registered Charity of thirty years and one of the first Hedgehog rescues in the UK. Patron: Nick Park CBE. Close to 90% of Hedgehogs arriving at the Trust are nursed back to health in their specially equipped hospital by a highly trained volunteer centre Manager. Local Vets (who all charge) are used for A&E cases. If the centre is busy, they have trained local hog watchers where the nearer to releasers are housed temporarily. When deemed healthy and strong the hogs then go to safe rehab gardens before their release to safe wild sites in Fylde. Donations welcomed.
